The principals at FMT have been involved in investment banking graduate training for over a decade.
We have designed and delivered graduate programmes for a number of investment banks on a global basis. The programmes can be generalist in nature or can be designed to be more in-depth on a smaller range of subjects. Equally, we are happy with running programmes for either the front office or those working in a supporting function such as operations and risk management.

This material is based on material from Neil Schofield's second book, which is provisionally entitled A Relative Value Guide to Financial Markets. The target audience for the book is the analyst and associate; the publication aims to be the definitive guide to all the subjects that a 'markets' graduate will encounter.
